Manmohan to look after External Affairs portfolio

New Delhi: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will look after the key External Affairs portfolio, it was stated today (Nov 7, 2005) night.

On the recommendation of the Prime Minister, President A P J Abdul Kalam has directed that K Natwar Singh shall be Cabinet Minister without portfolio and that Manmohan Singh will look after the External Affairs ministry, a Rashtrapati Bhavan communique said.
