Mettur: Film actress Kushboo, who is at the centre of a controversy for her remarks on pre-martial sex, surrendered before a Magistrate's court at Mettur today (Nov 16, 2005).

Kushboo, who had approached the court here yesterday (Nov 15, 2005) to surrender, was told by court officials to present herself today, as the Judicial Magistrate II, S Sridharan, was not present.

On November 11, Sridharan had issued a NBW against the actress for her failure to appear in court in connection with a defamation suit filed against her for her remarks.
