Patna : The Election Commission yesterday (Nov 22,2005) night issued a notification constituting the 14th Bihar Assembly after the elections results, paving the way for Government formation.

The notification signed by EC Secretary R K Srivastava was forwarded to Governor Buta Singh with a copy to the Chief Secretary G S Kang, state election office sources told sources. The notification will be published tonight in the extraordinary issue of the Gazette of the Bihar Government.
