Lalu unlikely to attend Nitish's swearing-in ceremony

Patna: Rashtriya Janata Dal supremo and Railway minister Lalu Prasad is unlikely to attend the swearing-in ceremony of the NDA government led by Nitish Kumar at Gandhi Maidan tomorrow (Nov 24, 2005).

Laluji is leaving for New Delhi later this afternoon, RJD sources said.

The newly-elected MLA's of the RJD are scheduled to meet here at 5 Deshratna Marg, residence of Lalu Prasad, on November 25 in which former Chief Minister Rabri Devi would be elected leader of the state legislature party to become leader of the opposition in the state assembly, sources said.
