SC issues notice to CBI on Amit Jogi's bail petition

New Delhi: The Supreme Court today (Dec 02, 2005) issued notice to CBI on an interim bail petition by Amit Jogi, son of former Chattisgarh Chief Minister Ajit Jogi, accused in the murder of NCP leader Ram Avtar Jaggi.

A Bench comprising Justice Arijit Pasayat and Justice S H Kapadia fixed the matter for hearing on Monday in which Amit has sought interim bail to attend his ailing father, who has been hospitalised following a heart attack.
