Mumbai: Chhota Rajan gangster and jailed under trial D K Rao, who was arrested by Mumbai police today (Dec 15, 2005) under stringent MCOCA for his alleged involvement in extortion, was today remanded to police custody till December 29.

Rao was produced before a MCOCA court here, where the police said they needed his custody for further probe in the extortion case.
