Parliament to reconvene around 1500 hrs: LS Speaker Friday, December 16 2005 13:16 Hrs (IST) - World Time -

Both Houses of Parliament, which were abruptly adjourned at around 1145 hours today (Dec 16, 2005) in the wake of a bomb threat, would be reconvened at 1500 hours after security agencies sanitised the premises, Lok Sabha Speaker Somnath Chatterjee said.
He asked members not to panic and attend the House at 1500 hours. "All steps are being taken by the security agencies to sanitise the entire area," he told reporters.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Priyaranjan Dasmunshi also spoke in similar vein and asked members to reassemble at 1500 hours.
Dasmunshi said he is in touch with the Home Ministry to ascertain the veracity of the security threat.
Union Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar also told reporters that both Houses would meet again at 1500 hours.
