New Delhi: Both Houses of Parliament resumed their sittings at 1500 hours today (Dec 16, 2005), three hours after they abruptly adjourned following a bomb scare.

Speaker Somnath Chatterjee expressed satisfaction in the Lok Sabha that 'no breach of security' was noticed and declared that "we will not be cowed down" by such threats.
