LS: Reservation Bill to be introduced unchanged

New Delhi: The controversial Constitution amendment Bill seeking to provide reservation to SC and ST students in unaided educational institutions will be introduced in its 'present form' in the Lok Sabha on December 20.

Briefing reporters on Union Cabinet meeting yesterday (Dec 16,2005) night, Information and Broadcasting Minister Priyaranjan Dasmunsi said the legislation would be taken up for consideration and passing in the Lok Sabha on December 21 and in Rajya Sabha the following day.
