No action till Anjali's representation considered
Tuesday, December 20 2005 15:36 Hrs (IST) - World Time -

New Delhi: Indian Air Force today (Dec 20, 2005) submitted before the Delhi High Court that it would not take any action against Flying Officer Anjali Gupta until her representation over her dismissal to the Chief of Air Force was considered.

The assurance was in response to a writ petition filed by Gupta before a Division Bench of Justice Mukund Mudgal and Justice H R Malhotra seeking a direction to IAF authorities not to initiate any action against her until her representation was considered.

The Bench granted Gupta time till January eight to file her representation.
