Private car breaches security at Parliament House
Wednesday, December 21 2005 19:39 Hrs (IST) - World Time -

New Delhi: A private car carrying family members of a senior security official today (Dec 21, 2005) created a flutter in the highly-protected Parliament House complex as it managed to get past the gate.

The black Indica car (DL2C AB 0442), which did not have a Parliament car pass sticker, was carrying family members of the Director incharge of Rajya Sabha Security.

When contacted, a senior official incharge of Parliament Security said there was no breach in security as officials were aware of the car and its inmates.

The family members of the official had come to the House Complex to witness the proceedings, official said.

The official said the persons travelling in the car had valid pass for the visitors' gallery.
