New job no challenge, says BJP chief Rajnath Singh

Mumbai: The new Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President Rajnath Singh today (Dec 31, 2005) said he did not see his job as a challenge and joint efforts will be made by party leaders to deal with challenges effectively.

"I think this is not a challenging job," Singh said soon after he was named the new BJP president.

He said joint efforts would be made by all leaders to deal with new challenges facing the party.

He also asserted that there was no infighting within the BJP adding former President L K Advani handled all the problems faced by the BJP very well.
