Tuesday, January 3 2006 13:59 Hrs (IST) - World Time -

New Delhi: Charging a 'complete cover-up' in investigations in the case, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav today (Jan 3, 2006)stuck to his allegation that Sonia Gandhi has ordered the tapping of telephones of senior SP leaders including Amar Singh.

"It is a complete cover up", he told a press conference here asserting that there should be an inquiry into the case by the Special Task Force of the Uttar Pradesh Police and not by the CBI as 'I have no faith' in it.

Last week, Union Home Ministry had dismissed as 'baseless' the charge by Yadav.
