New Delhi: The Supreme Court today (Jan 03, 2006) confirmed the sale of commercial property of Harshad Mehta Group to recover the money for the 1992 securities scam.

Regarding the residential properties, a bench headed by Justice S B Sinha referred it back to special court in Mumbai to consider certain issues as observed in the judgement.

The family members of Hrashad Mehta had appealed against the order of the special court.
