Mumbai: CBI today (Jan 4, 2006) arrested Riyaz Siddiqui, an alleged associate of extradited gangster Abu Salem, for his alleged role in the 1993 bomb blast case.

He was produced before a designated TADA court which remanded him to police custody till January 13.

The judge P D Kode also allowed CBI to take the accused to Raigad, Thane and nearby areas for purpose of investigations.
