No change in Sharon condition during night: Hospital
Sunday, January 8 2006 12:15 Hrs (IST) - World Time -

Jerusalem: Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's condition remains critical but stable after his massive stroke, a hospital spokesman said today (Jan 08, 2006).

"There was no change in the condition of Prime Minister Sharon in the night. He remains critical but stable," Ron Krumer told reporters at Hadassah hospital on the outskirts of Jerusalem.

Sharon's medical team is expected to meet later in the day to discuss when to try and awaken Sharon from the artificial coma that he was placed in as doctors battled to stem bleeding in his brain.
