Congress President Sonia Gandhi will visit Kalinga Nagar in Jajpur district tomorrow (Jan 12, 2006) where 12 tribals were killed in police firing on January two last.
Details of her programme were being chalked out, PCC chief Jayadev Jena told sources here today (Jan 11, 2006).
As per the tentative programme, the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) chairperson would arrive here by a special flight and then travel to Kalinga Nagar in a chopper.
She would offer floral tributes at the spot where the tribals were cremated and talk to the people who have been on an indefinite dharna on the Daitari-Paradip exressway since the day of the firing.
Gandhi would fly back to Bhubaneswar and return to Delhi soon after, Jena said.
