Bangalore: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Janata Dal (JD) Secular (S) legislators in Karnataka today (Jan 19,2006) boycotted the Governor T N Chaturvedi's address to the joint session of the state legislature, contending that the Coalition Government headed by Dharam Singh had lost majority.
