New Delhi: Delhi Police today (Jan 21,2006) filed a chargesheet against Lashker-e-Taiba militant Tariq Ahmed Dar and two others in connection with serial blast that rocked the capital on the eve of Diwali on October 29 claiming 67 lives and injuring over 200 people.
