SC verdict says no fault with council of ministers
Tuesday, January 24 2006 12:56 Hrs (IST) - World Time -

New Delhi: The Congress today (Jan 24, 2006) said the Supreme Court while indicting Bihar Governor Buta Singh for dissolution of the state assembly has not found any fault with the Council of Ministers.

There is no indictment of the Union Council of Ministers by the Supreme Court in the verdict, Congress Spokesperson Abhishek Singhvi said.

He said the government will accept the verdict with all 'humility', and as far as 'consequences of the judgement' were concerned, "let's wait, it is for Cabinet to decide".
