Abdul Karim Telgi hospitalised: Reports chest pain

Pune: Prime accused in fake stamp paper scam Abdul Karim Telgi was today (Feb 8 2006) admitted to the Intensive care unit of the Sassoon Hospital here after he complained of chest pain.

Telgi was admitted to the hospital at about 10 am and his condition is okay, hospital sources said.

Telgi has been making in-camera confessional statement in a local court in connection with the scam, for the last two days.
