New Delhi: Several flights to Delhi were delayed and diverted to various places due to sudden fog, which engulfed the airport this (Feb 10,2006) morning.

The flights have been diverted to places like Ahmedabad, Nagpur and Hyderabad, airport sources said.

The schedules of almost all carriers, including Indian, Sahara and Jet Airways were affected, the sources said.

Due to late arrival of flights the departure would also be affected, they said adding the skies had been clear last night and the thick fog engulfed the area at around 7.30 AM today.
