Tuesday, February 21 2006 15:48 Hrs (IST) - World Time -

New Delhi: In an interim direction, the Delhi High Court today(Feb 21,2006) ruled any equity transfer or agreements reached by Airports Authority of India (AAI) with private parties for modernisation of Delhi and Mumbai airports will be subject to the court's final verdict on the tender dispute.

A division bench of Justice Thirath Thakur and Justice B N Chaturvedi, however, did not grant any stay on the transfer of equity as prayed by the Anil Ambani-owned Reliance Airport Developers.
