At least two more rounds of discussions are needed for reaching a concrete decision, he told reporters here after arriving from Delhi along with the Chinese delegation.

Vice Foreign Minister Dai Bingguo, who is leading the Chinese high-level delegation, said "We are working together and making progress continuously".

The 18-member team, comprising officials from both countries, arrived here this morning by a special Indian Airlines flight for holding talks at the picturesque Kumarakom lake resort near Kottayam.
