Seat-sharing arrangement discussed with Karunanidhi

Chennai: AICC general Secretary in charge of Pondicherry, Hariprasad, today (Mar 15 2006) called on DMK President M Karunanidhi and discussed the seat sharing arrangements for the Pondicherry assembly polls in May.

He later told sources that the discussions were preliminary in nature and that he would hold talks with other allies before finalising the arrangements for the 30-member territorial assembly, which will go to the polls in May in two phases.
