Wednesday, March 22 2006 16:23 Hrs (IST) - World Time -

Lucknow: The BSP today (Mar 22 2006) decided not to participate in the ongoing hearing on the petitions on the party split before the Speaker unless some of their conditions were met.

They want the applications for withdwrawal of names of five rebel MLAs, who had returned to the parent party after the Allahabad High Court judgement, from the list of 37 rebel BSP MLAs to be disposed of and also release of the list stating party-wise position in the Vidhan Sabha, before they can participate in the hearing.
