JeM responsible for grenade attacks in J&K: Duggal

New Delhi: Pakistan-based terrorist outfit Jaish-e-Mohammad is responsible for the seven grenade attacks in the Kashmir valley yesterday (Apr 14, 2006) and nine persons have been taken into custody in the state in connection with the explosions, Home Secretary V K Duggal said today (Apr 15, 2006).

He stated this after reviewing the situation in Jammu and Kashmir and in Delhi, where twin blasts took place at the historic Jama Masjid last evening.
