Supreme Court upholds Karnataka HC order on BMI

New Delhi: The Supreme Court today (Apr 20, 2006) upheld a Karnataka High Court order giving a go-ahead to the Rs 2250 crore Bangalore-Mysore Infrastructure Corridor project.

"We find that the High Court judgement is not liable to be interfered with" and there is "no merit" in the appeals filed by the Karnataka Government and others, a Bench headed by Justice Ruma Pal said.
