Mumbai: The condition of senior BJP leader Pramod Mahajan, who was put on dialysis after his kidneys developed complications, continues to be 'critical',hospital sources said today (Apr 25, 2006).

Mahajan's condition was being monitored constantly and he was on life support system for the fourth day today in the Intensive Care Unit of Hinduja Hospital here, they said.

Bollywood actor Jackie Shroff visited the hospital to enquire about Mahajan's health and met the BJP General Secretary's son Rahul.

Fiftysix-year-old Mahajan was shot at and critically wounded by his younger brother Pravin on Saturday.
