A 31-member DMK ministry headed by M Karunanidhi will be sworn in here tomorrow.
A Raj Bhavan communique said here today that the Governor S S Barnala invited Karunanidhi to form the ministry when the DMK chief called on the Governor to stake claim to form a Government.
