Malani granted permission by HC to travel abroad

New Delhi: Socialite and key witness in the Jessica Lall murder case Malani Ramani was today (May 18, 2006) granted permission by the Delhi High Court to travel abroad for attending an exhibition.

A Division Bench comprising Acting Chief Justice Vijender Jain and Justice S N Aggarwal asked Malini to submit the passports of her parents besides Rs five lakh as pre-conditions for her leaving the country.
