Abu Salem to move Portugal court for violation

Mumbai: Underworld don Abu Salem will move a Portugal court soon for recall of his extradition complaining that the police in India has violated conditions of the agreement.

Salem's lawyer Ashok Sarogi told sources that the Mumbai Police and the CBI have violated the extradition conditions by filing fresh chargesheet against Salem in Mumbai serial bomb blasts case, Pradeep Jain murder and Ajit Dewani murder cases.

Sarogi said he is proceeding to Portugal capital Lisbon today to file a petition in this regard.
