New Delhi: A Delhi court today (June 9, 2006) deferred Rahul Mahajan's bail application to June 13 when police remand of Sahil Zaroo, co-accused in the high-profile drug abuse case, ends.

Metropolitan Magistrate A K Chaturvedi said that the application would be taken up by the duty magistrate on June 13.
