Srinagar: Sahil Zaroo, who allegedly supplied drugs to late BJP leader Pramod Mahajan's son Rahul,was today (June 9, 2006) brought here for further investigation in the sensational drug abuse case, a senior police official said.

A Delhi Police team arrived here with Zaroo for investigation and verification of his contacts here, Senior Superintendent of Police, Srinagar, S A Mujtaba told sources.

He said the Jammu and Kashmir police would provide assistance to their Delhi counterparts during the probe in the case.

Zaroo is also likely to be produced before a local court here for transit remand.
