Wednesday, June 14 2006 13:10 Hrs (IST) - World Time -

New Delhi: The Delhi High Court today (June 14, 2006) rejected the anticipatory bail petition moved by Chandigarh-based Dr J S Bedi, who is charged for issuing false medical certificates to one of the accused in the Jessica Lal murder case.

Grant of bail at this juncture would seriously impede the investigations which are at a crucial stage, Justice A K Sikri observed while dismissing the bail plea.
