JD(S)-BJP cabinet ministry expanded in Karnataka

Bangalore: The four-month-old JD(S) BJP coalition ministry in Karnataka was expanded today with the induction of eight ministers four from each party.

The Governor T N Chaturvedi administered the oath of office and secrecy to the new ministers at the banquet hall of the Vidhana Soudha.

The new ministers are M P Prakash, H D Revanna, H K Kumaraswamy and Zameer Ahmed Khan from JD(S) and S A Ravindranath, Shivananda Naik, Revu Naik Belamagi and Shashikant Akkappa Naik from BJP.
