New Delhi: The Oversight Committee, set up to prepare a roadmap for reservations for OBCs in elite educational institutions, would submit its final report to the Centre on August 31, Committee Chairman, Veerappa Moily, said here yesterday (Aug 13, 2006).

He told reporters at Chennai airport that some reports were awaited by the Committee and once it was received, the final report would be submitted to the Central Government.

"We (the UPA Government at the Centre) are committed to implementing the 27 per cent reservation. There is no going back on that"," he added.
