Delhi HC extends stay against AIIMS Dir. termination

New Delhi: The Delhi High Court today (Aug 17, 2006) extended till November 7, 2006 the stay granted against the termination of AIIMS Director P Venugopal.

Justice P Anil Kumar extended the stay after Venugopal's counsel Maninder Singh sought time to file a rejoinder on the Centre's reply.
