SC appoints panel to identify boundary disputes Monday, September 25 2006 14:29 Hrs (IST) - World Time -
New Delhi:
The Supreme Court today (Sept 25,2006) appointed a three-member commission to identify the boundaries between Assam, Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh.
A Bench headed by Chief Justice Y K Sabharwal said that the commission will submit its report in one year time.
The court also asked all the state governments concerned to cooperate with the commission.
