New Delhi: The Delhi High Court today (Sept 27,2006)issued notice to AIIMS Director P Venugopal on a PIL challenging the validity of Union Health Minister A Ramadoss holding the post of president of the institute's governing body.

Justice P Anil Kumar granted two weeks time to the Director to file his reply on the issue and posted the matter for further hearing to October 16.
