Bharti Yadav offers to depose in Nitish Katara case

New Delhi: Bharti Yadav, the elusive witness in the Nitish Katara murder case, on today (Sept 27,2006) offered in the Delhi court to return to the country within two weeks and depose before it.

Bharti made the offer through an affidavit filed by her counsel before Justice AK Sikri, who took the same on record.
