New Delhi: The Supreme Court today  (Nov 13, 2006)dismissed an application seeking stay of Delhi High Court verdict quashing the charges against the Hinduja brothers in the Bofors pay off case.

A bench headed by Justice H K Sema declined to entertain the application saying that the court had already admitted a petition challenging the May 31, 2005 verdict of the High Court.
