Kolkata: President A.P.J Abdul Kalam will today (Dec 6, 2006) inaugurate Infocomm 2006, the information, communication and technology (ICT) exposition organised by Nasscom and Businessworld, during his daylong visit here.
 

Kalam, who arrived here yesterday (Dec 5, 2006) night, will also attend the 150th anniversary programme of the Calcutta Girls School and the centenary celebrations of the National Insurance Company.
 

He is likely to pay a visit to Srutinandan - the music school of Pandit Ajay Chakraborty. The president will then attend the convocation of the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM).
 

Kalam is also scheduled to attend a programme organised by the Bar Council.
