New Delhi: Two suspected Laskher-e-Toiba militants were arrested in the capital and 1.5 kg of RDX was recovered from them, a senior police official said today (Dec11, 2006).

The arrested were identified as Gulzar Ahmed and Mohd Amin, both hailing from Kashmir.

They were arrested last night in Mahipalpur of Southwest Delhi, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Special Cell) Alok Kumar told sources.

Besides the explosives, Rs two lakh and two detonators have also been recovered from them.

Their interrogation is on to find out their plan and contacts in the capital.
