Singur (WB): Four bombs were exploded inside the fenced area of the acquired land for the Tata Motors' small car project here yesterday(Jan 8, 2007)

Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Kalyan Chakraborty and other police officers rushed to the site after hearing the news.

Police sources said there was no report of any injury in the bomb explosion and they were investigating the matter.

"However, there was tension at Beraberi in Hooghly district," they said.
