New Delhi: The Supreme Court today (Feb 13, 2007)dismissed the plea of suspendedIPS officer R K Sharma for a copy of the statement recorded by theinvestigating officer of Rakesh Bhatnagar, husband of deceased ShivaniBhatnagar.

A bench headed by Justice Arijit Pasayat set aside an order of the Delhi HighCourt which directed the authorities to furnish the same.
