Rajnath demands POTA revival

Sonepat: Going hard on UPA government, BJP President Rajnath Singh accused the government of going soft on terrorist elements and sought revival of anti-terror law POTA to check terrorism. The President expressed deep concern over increasing terror activities in various parts of the country. He said POTA revival will send a strong message to perpetrators of cross-border terrorism.

Singh also criticised the Centre on the issue of price-rise and urged the government to take immediate and effective steps to ensure security and freedom of the country and control inflation. Lashing out at the Hooda government, he alleged, that it has failed to provide adequate power and water supply to the people in the state. The BJP president accused the state government of failing to safeguard interests of farmers.
