IAEA chief non-committal on talks on safeguards

Navi Mumbai: As Left parties monitor his visit, IAEA chief Mohammed ElBaradei was today non-committal on whether the safeguards agreement will figure in his talks with government during his stay here, saying that negotiations would take place whenever India approaches us.
