PM’s integrity is unquestionable, says Karat
Wednesday, October 31, 2007 08:35 [IST]

New Delhi: CPI(M) General Secretary Prakash Karat has defended Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and rejected the idea that he should quit. While elaborating more on it, Karat said differing views does not mean lack of respect and PM's integrity is unquestioned.

He also added that the ongoing confrontation is purely issue based and it does not have any personal touch. While softening his stand on PM he also said that there will be no climbdown on the Indo-US nuke deal.

Adding a little laughter sense to his comment he also said that the Left will not 'disturb' the UPA government for rest of its term.
