Centre still refusing to act: Mamata

Kolkata: The Trinamool Congress today alleged that the Centre was refusing to act on Nandigram issue because of its political compulsions even though the CPI(M) was attacking Governor Gopalkrishna Gandhi and also the Calcutta High Court after being indicted in the matter.

Gandhi was appointed Governor following recommendation from Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee,
